On-line Order Form.......

Basic Info on Using This Form to Order
If you have chosen this option to send in your order, just a reminder that you can print out the order form (either full size or one-page) to mail in your order with a check or money order, or with your credit card info. You can also use the Pay Pal option. But if you wish to email your credit card info directly to us, this form will get it to us safely and securely.
This page uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transfer your information to us: note the padlock icon at the lower right, or next to the URL at the top, depending on your browser. And, once we have received and processed your order, all records will be erased from our computer, so there is no electronic trails of your info. This means you will have to supply it each time you order, but we figure the extra level of security is worth a few seconds of typing each time.

Filling Out Your Order, Shipping Info, etc

INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT THIS FORM

Using the main order form as a guide (I recommend right-clicking and opening it in a second window or tab if you need to refer back and forth between it and this page to type out your order), put in the title, shipping letter code, quantity, and price for each item you wish to order in the main box.

Enter the total dollar amount of all the items you have listed in "Sub Total" box.

SHIPPING COSTS: Select the proper letter code from the list for your order.There is a letter code next to each item for the shipping cost. If you order more than a single item, you will NOT have to keep adding shipping, we will keep it as low as possible for you. (These prices are for orders shipping within the USA, or to Canada. If ordering from outside that area, please write for an exact quote.)
A = $1.00 B = $5.00 C = $6.00 D = $10.00 E = $30.00 or $40.00*
To figure your actual shipping cost, list the letter codes for everything you ordered, and add in only the value for the highest amount. Example: If you ordered six things, and the letter codes were B B C D A, the highest code in there is D, which is a value of $10, and that is the total shipping you would add for the order.* (If your order has an E code, please contact us to discuss the two different shipping price options for these over-sized items.)

If you are ordering from Texas, we must collect sales tax. Add in 8.25% of your total so far. (The quick method? Multiply your subtotal by .0825 and write that amount here.) You can also click here to get a sales tax chart to help you.

Grand total, the total of all the amounts above. This is what your final charge will be.

Shipping Information: The basic stuff to get your order to you. Note we need your email address to confirm your order and amount, and to let you know when your order is being shipped.

Credit Card Information: We can accept only Mastercard or Visa at this time. Indicate which you are using, the number and expiration date. Name as it is printed on the card, and billing address will be used to confirm the card is yours. thanks.

That's it! You'll get a confirmation page that this form was sent when you click. We will send you an email later to confirm all the items are available, that the amounts you have filled in are correct, and that we have processed your credit card. We will then send a followup email when your order is shipped, giving you the tracking number so you can check on it's progress. (Our response could be immediately or several days after you submit your order, depending on if we are avaiable at that time. The entire time from sending your order to getting it could be from two to six weeks. As noted elsewhere on the site, this is a one-person operation, so there are times I am away from the computer. But rest assured, your order will be handled by the person in charge of it all.)
